Some of the key highlights of Naukri Recruiter App:

1. You can now call candidates in just a click - You can now get the candidate's contact number automatically on your phone dialer when you click on the "call from mobile app" button from the desktop. No need to type a number manually. Similarly, you can even scan a phone number from anywhere on the web, or a piece of paper, or your own computer. No need to ever type a number manually.

2. Increase call pickup by candidates - The new Recruiter App allows you to enter the intent of your call even before you reach out to the candidates. Hence candidates know who is calling and for what purpose even before they pick up. This means increased call pick up rates, less follow-ups and more conversions for you!

3. Continue right from where you left - Now you can carry on right from where you left your desktop. Naukri also offers a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs. You can easily check the status of your job applications, conduct a search, see which candidates have been called (call picked up/not picked up) and more – all in real time from the convenience of your mobile device.

4. Caller ID between Recruiter & Jobseeker: Increase chances of getting your calls picked up by the candidates with the new Caller ID feature of Naukri Recruiter App. With this feature, you can now specify the intent of the call and the same will be visible to the jobseeker on his app with your details.
