1. Background
bumetric is an analytics aggregator. We display public catalog data — app names, icons, screenshots, descriptions, ratings — that the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and YouTube already publish. We are not affiliated with those platforms or with the developers whose apps appear here.
If you believe content displayed on bumetric.com infringes your copyright, you can request its removal under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512) or under Ukrainian / EU copyright law.
2. How to submit a takedown notice
Send an email to hello@bumetric.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown". Include:
- The specific URL on
bumetric.comwith the allegedly infringing content (e.g.https://bumetric.com/p/...). - A description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed (link to the original where possible).
- Your contact information — name, postal address, email, phone.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices and, if appropriate, remove the content within a reasonable time (typically 3–7 business days). We may also notify the user who posted it where applicable.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that's a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same email with subject "DMCA counter-notice". Include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g) — we'll restore content within 10–14 business days unless the original submitter files a court action.
4. False notices
Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice can make you liable for damages under §512(f). Please be sure.
