The short version

By using bumetric (the "Service") you agree to use it for its intended purpose — researching app and channel performance — and to accept that:

• All revenue figures are estimates. Numbers labelled "forecast", "$/mo", or shown without a ✓ Verified badge are model-based. Treat them as informational, not as financial or investment advice. We make no warranty that they're accurate. Don't base trades, purchases, or business decisions solely on them.
• The catalog data belongs to its source platforms. App names, icons, descriptions and ratings are sourced from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and YouTube Data API. We're an independent aggregator and don't claim ownership.
• You agree not to abuse the service — no scraping beyond reasonable rates, no automated re-distribution of the catalog data, no attempts to bypass authentication, no attacks on the infrastructure.
• Accounts can be terminated if you breach these terms or applicable law. We'll give notice where possible.
• No warranty. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
• Jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, with venue in Kyiv courts.
