Yes, it's a bit of a hassle to upgrade, however if you previously purchased MedCalc there is a relatively painless process for migrating all your data to this new iteration. MedCalX works as well as MedCalc did and is worth the money …

App looks great but scores are not updated often. Many basic scores and outcome metrics are missing and not there. I open this app, look for score, find it’s not there, and then open MDCalc instead.…
