You travel to Walt Disney World and you want a pressed coin, but you cannot for the life of you find a pressed coin machine close by. Or, your little one wants those Medallions or all of the 50th anniversary coins, but you don't know where to find them! Well, those days are over with the Pressed Coins 4 WDW app! Search for pressed coin machines and coins throughout Walt Disney World and the surrounding area!
Machine Search
The advanced search feature allows you to search for pressed coin machines by User Location, Places, Area, Resort, Type, New and Other. There had to be an ‘other’ category, right? There are two major views for your machine-searching pleasure:
1. A list view, showing coin machines matching your search criteria. Touch on the machine and machine details are displayed, including Coins. Tap on a coin view and go into the Coin Details view, displaying details about the particular coin.
2. A map view, which shows annotations at the locations of machines matching your search criteria. Tap on the annotation text to show machine details as with the list view.
Coin Search
Search for coins by word or words in title, word or words in Collection or lastly word or words in Description. It's easy and it's not case sensitive! A list of coins matching your search criteria will display. Touch on a particular coin to be shown the machine that has the coin!
Besides every coin machine at WDW, including the WDW Resorts, other coin machine locations include Vero Beach Resort, DCL - Port Canaveral, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf, Orlando International Airport and Winter Summerland Miniature Golf!
An iCloud account is not required to save Saved Coins, but is required to sync Saved Coins to other devices.
If you have any issues with the app, please contact us. We want to know if there are coin machines out of service or perhaps relocated as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data completely as things may change suddenly.
