KashFlow is award-winning accounting and bookkeeping software, accessed on the web or via KashFlow Go for mobile. KashFlow helps UK based sole traders, small business and start-ups to manage their business on the move. With easily customisable quotes and ‘pay now’ buttons on invoices, KashFlow users are getting paid faster than ever before – keeping their cash flow healthy. Keep track of mileage by adding trips on the go and snap photos of your receipts to keep all your expenses together in one system.


What is KashFlow Go?

Keep your business in your pocket and manage it wherever you are with the KashFlow Go mobile app. Perfect for sole traders and small business owners, you can send quotes and invoices, log mileage trips and snap expense receipts on the go. Access a financial overview of your business without being tied to a desk. KashFlow Go is a mobile app which compliments the web based KashFlow software.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

New Mileage Module

KashFlow is excited to release a new Mileage module which allows sole traders and partnerships to easily track their business trips. Quickly and easily log a trip, on the go, letting KashFlow calculate the distance and amount you can claim back from your business. KashFlow will include the amount on your tax return so you can get a true picture of your finances.

Add Quick Expense

This release sees the addition of a quick add expenses form in the Purchases section of KashFlow. You also can quickly and easily log an out of pocket expense, marking it as paid at the same time.

In-App Purchases

Now you are able to buy a KashFlow subscription on iOS.

This version also includes several bug fixes and performance improvements.
