Joining Slimming World Online using our mobile app

If you’ve joined Slimming World Online using in-app purchasing in our iOS app, your subscription will be charge to your App Store account. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll be able to manage your subscription through the App store.

Your plan auto-renews monthly unless you cancel your membership. Your App Store account will be charged at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If you joined or rejoined Slimming World Online using iOS app, your subscription cannot be refunded by Slimming World.

You can request a refund from Apple by using their report a problem website. If you’re cancelling within the first 14 days, you should choose the “Right of withdrawal” option. All refunds are subject to Apple’s terms & conditions.
