Domicile365 Residency Tracker

Track your day counts in various locations for tax (including statutory residency, domicile monitoring, tax filing obligations), homestead, Schengen Region (ETIAS) entry authorization, UK Statutory Residence Test ("SRT"), nexus, exemption and other compliance purposes. Track residency and tax day counts by Country, State, Territory, Province and/or City (including New York City).

Search location day counts by dates. Email and/or download detailed logs containing all recorded locations for selected range or all days. Use for audit and other purposes.

Advisor Portal. Invite your CPA or financial planner to have "read only" access to your location data.

Location generally recorded throughout the day using the highest level of accuracy supported by your phone (consistent with efficient battery usage). Location is determined using a combination of GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspots and cell tower locations and then recorded. Please note that the continuous tracking may have a minor impact on battery life and data usage since location is continuously recorded and saved in the cloud. The App's applicable location algorithms are designed to minimize battery use.

Manually enter missing dates for time periods before you activated the app for more complete analysis.

Separate tools to check (a) Schengen Region/ European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) status, (b) U.S. residency day count using special 3 year averaging rule, (c) rolling 183 out of 365 day check, (d) Puerto Rico day count testing and (e) U.K. statutory residency test using the U.K. April 6 through April 5 tax year.

Tools also provided to check day count locations counting only overnight stays or 24 hour periods.

Jurisdictions have become increasingly aggressive in residency audits. The burden of proof is on you to establish how many days you spent inside and outside the jurisdiction. Use this app to help carry your burden of proof.

At the end of the sixty (60) day free trial period, you will be given the opportunity to subscribe to the Domicile365monthly subscription on a monthly basis to continue using the features of the app, which include daily tracking and saving of your location throughout the day, setting and receiving Country, State, Province, Possession and City alerts by email and/or local notifications and access to tracking logs to establish your precise recorded locations.

• 60 day free trial period; monthly subscription thereafter.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to the App, where applicable.

Enterprise features are available. Track employee day counts for employer-employee income tax withholding. States impose employer income tax withholding based on days worked in-state (ranging from "first day" in state to 30-60 days in calendar year). NYC Unincorporated Business Tax ("UBT") analysis, San Francisco Gross Receipts tax analysis, state heatmaps.
