From there, experience breathing exercises, meditations, and brain training. Or, access video therapy or psychiatry with your provider, working side-by-side to track your progress along the way, all within the SonderMind app.

Available for all ages (6+) and most mental health needs. Talk therapy is available in 45 states and Washington, D.C. Psychiatry is currently available in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. What type of mental health care services does SonderMind provide?
SonderMind offers therapy and psychiatry virtually or in-person, with or without your insurance. Our providers offer individual support as well as family, couples and group sessions. We also offer self-serve wellness tools like breathing exercises, brain training, and meditations in our app.

How does SonderMind work?
SonderMind is a mental health provider focused on providing the highest-quality care. We will connect you to the right therapist who has the expertise to help you get better, faster, and is available now. You can expect to have a session scheduled within a week–no waiting lists! What insurance does SonderMind accept?
SonderMind providers are in-network with most major insurance plans - including HSA, FSA, EAP, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. As SonderMind expands to new states, more insurance plans will be coming. We also offer affordable self-pay rates if you aren't using insurance. SonderMind providers are not currently in-network with Medicaid or Tricare.

How do I find a SonderMind therapist?
After answering a few questions, online or over the phone, we use proven insights to find the best clinical match for your needs. We'll also take into account any preferences or criteria you request, like gender or cultural similarities. We do the work of finding the ideal provider for you.
