It has never been easier to submit documents to us. Using the submit button, you can upload invoices, applications, and sick notes – even for your family members.

Digital mailbox:
The heart of the app provides you with a secure and encrypted way to communicate with your mkk service team at any time. Send and receive your messages here.

Replacement certificate for your electronic health card:
Lost your insurance card? The mkk App offers you a special service – you can quickly and easily download a replacement certificate.

Change personal data:
No need to call or visit us in person – simply update your new address or other personal information directly in your personal app area.

Data Security:
Your health data in the mkk App is protected by secure two-factor authentication. Naturally, mkk complies with all legal data protection requirements and continuously implements the latest security standards.

Getting started – how to use for insured persons:
Download the mkk App from the store and register using your insurance details. You will then receive an activation code from us by post, which you can use to verify your account in the app. And there you go – you can now use all the app’s features!
