How does eSIM work?
You can start eSIM in just a few taps! All you need is an eSIM compatible device*. Download the app and choose a suitable data plan. After purchasing a subscription you just need to follow the instructions to activate your eSIM.

*Please note that eSIM is compatible with iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 12.1 or later. Device compatibility can change depending on the country: iPhones sold in China, Macau, and Hong Kong are not eSIM compatible.

Subscription information

eSIM offers subscription options depending on what you are looking for. The subscription plans vary according to features included, geographic coverage, subscription length, and the received amount of traffic.

Travel pack plans include both eSIM data and Translate Me features with unlimited text and voice translations, camera translations, live conversation mode and Concierge service with tourist information.

Additional subscription information:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
