The individual potentials for actively improving one’s own health can be derived from the detailed descriptions of the individual plants (alternative name, plant family, appearance, active ingredient, lifespan, occurrence, collection period) as well as the healing effects, areas of application, vaporizer temperatures and preparation methods.
