The Food App – Scan and swap

This is the app for anyone who wants to make more informed choices about the food they eat. The app makes it easy for you if you want to avoid ultra-processed foods or have a food intolerance or allergy. Or if you simply want to know more about what your food contains.

You can do all of this for free and without limits in the app:

- Find out whether the product is ultra-processed or contains allergens you want to avoid.
- Read about all the additives the product contains.
- View detailed ingredient information from the Norwegian Food Composition Table.
- Create a shopping list.
- See the product’s Nutri-Score rating.

With a Plus subscription you can also:
- Search for products and additives.
- Browse categories and discover more products.
- Get swaps tailored to your preferences.
- Set additional preferences for things you want to avoid, such as ingredients and additives.
