Just so you know, you'll need the following to hand:

The 10-digit serial number found on the back of your card
Access to the email account and mobile phone associated with your account

If you're an existing user of the TUI Travel Money app (with the dark blue icon), you'll also need to follow the registration process above.

Once installed, you can activate any cards required and top up ready for your holiday.

Removed the ability to convert and top up to Bulgarian Lev from January 15th, you can still convert Bulgarian Lev to another available currency
