[If the app cannot be installed or updated]
1. Check available device storage space
- The cause of update failure may be insufficient storage space on the device (less than 1G), preventing updates and installation. If storage space is insufficient, delete photos, videos, or unused apps to free up storage space, then update (or install) the SayBebe app.
- How to check storage space
1) Run the default ‘Settings’ app on your phone
2) Select ‘Storage’ menu
3) Check ‘Available space’

2. Clear cache and data of Google PlayStore app
- If you cannot update or install the app, delete the cache and data of the Google PlayStore app and then update (or install) the Saybebe app.
- How to clear cache and data
1) Run the default ‘Settings’ app on your phone
2) Select ‘App’ or ‘Application Manager’ (may vary depending on device)
3) Select ‘Google Play Store App’
4) Select ‘Clear Cache’
5) Select ‘Clear Data’

3. Reinstall Play Store updates
- Please reinstall the Google Play Store app to the latest version and then update (or install) the SayBebe app.
- How to reinstall Google Play Store app updates
1) Run the default ‘Settings’ app on your phone
2) Select ‘App’ or ‘Application Manager’ (may vary depending on device)
3) Select ‘Google Play Store App’
4) Select ‘Remove Updates’
5) When prompted to revert the Play Store app to its initial version, select ‘OK’
6) Run the ‘Play Store’ app among all apps on the desktop
