New: New on Apple Watch: a live route map during outdoor workouts that you can swipe to between your stats screen and Now Playing. The map is also zoomable by rolling the digital crown! After you end the workout, the full route also appears on your post-workout summary and this chart is color coded for heart rate zones! Supported activity types: Running, Cycling, Hiking, Walking, Cross Country Skiing, Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding, Paddle Sports, Swimming, Wheelchair Run Pace, and Wheelchair Walk Pace. Improvements: Big accuracy pass on running workouts: Splits now should match Apple Fitness within a second per mile. Auto-paused time at lights or breaks no longer counts against your splits, and pre-start GPS drift no longer inflates your first mile. Pace Zones totals now match your actual run duration (we were silently dropping several minutes per run). Threshold pace is now estimated only from runs where you sustained a hard effort. If you haven't done one in 90 days, the card explains how to unlock it instead of guessing from easy runs. Workout AI insights for the Splits section are now composed directly from your data, so the paces and mile numbers in that paragraph always match the chart. 3rd party wearable users (e.g. Ultrahuman ring, Garmin etc.) should now see its Blood Oxygen data. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue in Energy where logging future calories (e.g. planning a meal later in the day) will show up like they used to in Athlytic. (v26.4.4) Apple Intelligence features such as Ask Athlytic now respect Metric preference. Fixed an issue that might cause Training Load widgets from not matching Training Load in the iPhone app. Fixed an issue where Stress Alerts might fire after a workout if there was more than 1 workout in the day. Fixed a crash/hang that might occur when expanding the Top Efforts card in Workout Patterns. Fixed the body weight overlay on the Weekly Energy chart so it now matches the selected time range (60 Days or 6 Months) instead of always showing 6 months. Fixed an issue with the share card with a map when attempting to save the image to photos. Follow Us IG: @athlytic_app Reddit: r/AthlyticAppOfficial X: @athlytic_app Thanks! Gary

New: Big New Feature: Ask Athlytic! Ask Athlytic is now on the bottom of the home page home page! This feature requires Apple Intelligence and you can ask it anything about your data in Athlytic. Best of all, your data never leaves your device so the conversation is completely secure and private! 2 new Trends cards for Runners: Running Pace & Best Efforts (both require at least 5 runs in the past 60 days). Improvements: Weekly Energy card now has an option to show 6 months of data. Apple Intelligence Workout Insights now reference pace and splits for running workouts. Loading times should be a lot faster now when using RMSSD for HRV. The height of the horizontal bars on the dashboard were increased. Bug Fixes: Fixed a crash that might occur if your iPhone is in a language other than English when tapping on the info cards. Fixed an issue where Pace zones might incorrectly show for non running workouts, and added a Power Zones card for cycling workouts. Fixed an issue where Athlytic Age Trend might be slightly different than Athlytic Age for some users. Fixed an issue where cards on the home screen might need to be tapped multiple times to navigate into the app. Cycling workouts imported from Garmin Connect, Strava, Wahoo, Peloton, and other third-party sources now display Max and Average Speed correctly. Previously these workouts showed 0.0 kph because Athlytic only read per-second speed samples; now it falls back to the workout's summary speed when no time series is available. Also fixed an issue with running split calculation. Follow Us IG: @athlytic_app Reddit: r/AthlyticAppOfficial X: @athlytic_app Thanks! Gary
