Introducing Training Readiness — your daily go signal. Livity now reads your recovery, sleep, and recent strain to tell you exactly how primed your body is to train, so you know whether to push hard or pull back before you even lace up. Rest Hours Recovery isn't just about sleep. Rest Hours tracks the restorative downtime your body logs throughout the day and shows you when you've banked enough to bounce back. Watch the checkmark draw itself the moment you hit your target — a small, satisfying signal that you're ready. Smarter AI Chat Your AI health coach got sharper. Conversations feel more natural, responses are more relevant to your actual data, and the whole experience is faster and smoother than before. Additional Improvements • Significantly improved app performance for faster loading and smoother scrolling • Refined Training Readiness and Rest Hours visuals, including animated ready-state checkmarks • Added a "Learn more" link so you can dive deeper into how Training Readiness works • Fixed a range of bugs and made many behind-the-scenes improvements for a more reliable experience Thank you for trusting Livity with your health journey. Every update is shaped by your feedback — keep it coming.

Introducing Journal — a new way to reflect on how you feel and connect the dots between your lifestyle and health data. Log your mood, energy, notes, and daily context, then watch as Livity surfaces insights that help you understand what truly drives how you feel. Activity Status: Track What Affects Your Body Life doesn't always go as planned. Now you can log when you're dealing with an injury, illness, or taking medications, so your recovery and strain data tell the full story. Activity status gives you and Livity the context needed to interpret your metrics accurately during those periods. Workout Sharing Share your proudest workout moments with friends and social media. Beautiful, auto-generated share cards showcase your key stats — heart rate, calories, duration, and more — in a format that looks great anywhere you post. A Smarter AI Chat The AI coach is faster, more personal, and remembers what matters to you. Replies stream in as they're generated, the model can pull the exact health data it needs to answer your question, and your conversations now persist so you can pick up where you left off. Three personalities — Buddy, Pusher, and Nerd — let you choose the tone that fits how you want to be coached. Save Memories so the AI knows your goals, injuries, and schedule, and attach photos straight from your camera or library when a picture is worth a thousand HRV readings. Redesigned Dashboard Customization The Customize Dashboard sheet has been completely redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience when arranging your overview cards. New Habits from Apple Health Track meditation and mood automatically. Livity now reads mindful sessions from any app that writes to Apple Health — Apple Mindfulness, Calm, Headspace — and on iOS 18 it also counts your State of Mind logs. We've relabelled the existing water habit as Hydration so you can find it without scrolling. Additional Improvements • Training load no longer resets to zero across time zones or after a long break — your acute and chronic load now persist correctly day to day • Fitness age now counts every step from your watch — fixed an undercount that pushed scores higher than they should have been • Sleep sessions split by short interruptions (bathroom breaks, brief wakes) are now merged into a single night so your total matches Apple Health • Recovery score is safe from a rare background-write crash that affected some users on older devices • Garmin sync no longer crashes on workout events with malformed date intervals — those events are filtered before reaching HealthKit • The 50% subscription promo now applies to the exact product it was signed for, instead of defaulting to another plan • Strain calibration restored — daily strain values and the "% of goal" reading are back in line with what you remember, and workout suggestions show realistic durations again instead of always estimating three hours • AI Chat is now readable in Light mode — the chat surface, conversation drawer, and code blocks all adapt to your appearance setting • Recovery, Overview, and Strain virtual coaches stay aligned — no more contradictory advice when your 7-day training load is high • Fixed menstrual cycle tracking when you log "period started today" — the cycle updates immediately instead of staying stuck on the previous period • Fixed sleep totals when using two sleep tracking sources together — values are no longer doubled when both Apple Watch and a third-party tracker write the same night • Recovery card text now shows rounded HRV and RHR values that match what the metric cards display • iOS now automatically recovers when the server temporarily loses your account record — rankings and scores keep working without a reinstall • Body Battery info card text renders consistently across all rows Your feedback shapes every update we ship. Thank you for helping us build the health tracker you actually want to use.
