Member Tools — version history

• Attendance Tracking for Second Hour Classes Organization leaders and teachers can now seamlessly record attendance for both 25-minute second hour classes. • Administration and Tracking for Church Groups Stake (district) and ward (branch) leaders can more easily organize and manage Groups with area presidency approval. See 37.7 in the General Handbook for more information about Groups. • Approve Member Photos Bishoprics and ward clerks can review and approve member photos right in the app—helping keep the directory current and accurate. • Custom Callings Bishoprics and ward clerks can create custom callings when needed—making it simpler to reflect local needs and assignments. • Temple Worker Portal Temple workers can quickly open the Temple Worker Portal directly from a tile in the app. • Connect with Local Leaders Members can request contact from a local leader when introducing a friend to missionaries through a digital form. • Smarter Navigation Jump right back to where you left off—Tools remembers your place.

• Create Child Records Ward clerks can now create membership records for children of record. • Record Child Baptisms and Confirmations Ward clerks can now update child membership records with baptism and confirmation ordinance details. • Class and Quorum Attendance Improvements Teachers now see attendance only for their assigned weeks by default. A new view also provides an at-a-glance look at class attendance summaries. • Groups is now Member Lists We’ve renamed “Groups” to “Member Lists” to better reflect what the feature is used for. Only the name has changed—the functionality remains the same. • Young Women Age-Group Names Updated Updated Young Women classes to use the updated age-group names: Builders of Faith (turning ages 12-13), Messengers of Hope (turning ages 14-15), and Gatherers of Light (turning age 16 or older). • New Communication Option A new profile option allows members to indicate if their phone number is linked with Telegram. • Remove Preferred Name Members now have the option to remove their preferred name from their record (if one is listed).
