Fixed an issue where editing a Purchase Order could remove its number. Fixed a workflow history issue where a step could disappear and a comment-only response was not shown. Fixed an issue where QR sticker labels could flicker or fail to open from the camera. Fixed an issue where new equipment did not default to the Active status. Fixed an issue where the Company field in the Timesheets time-entry form showed no options. Fixed an issue where removing the equipment from a Daily Log equipment entry was not saved.
