This update brings a few things to keep you on track. You can now mark workouts complete straight from your planner, get plans matched to the equipment you have available, and pick up right where you left off if you leave the app mid session. We've also made a number of other improvements and fixes across the app. Thanks for all your reports, they really help.

We've made a few improvements to help you get started. Onboarding now does a better job matching your recommended workouts to your goals and equipment. We also fixed a handful of bugs, including your schedule not saving properly. We're always working on the app, so keep the feedback coming.

Faster, smoother, more reliable. This update speeds up screen loading, fixes the back button and screen transitions, and makes workout timers count accurately across gym, circuit, and running. We've also added workout intro videos in the planner and improved the accuracy of your session tracking and stats.
