The rule applies in a rolling fashion, with each date of your stay looking back at the previous 180 days to ensure that at no point in your entire trip do you overstay your allowed 90 days.
In 180 Days you can enter your past trips as well as your future planned trips. For each trip 180 Days will calculate how many of your 90 days you have used in the previous 180 for that specific trip, including on the arrival date and departure date. This means that even when planning a future trip you can immediately see how many days you will have used on your arrival date and departure date, giving you peace of mind that you will not accidentally overstay.
