How to Order a Metered Taxi

1. When you first launch the app, enter your customer information (mobile phone number, name in Japanese, and gender), and review and agree to the Terms of Use.
2. For immediate dispatch or reservations, select your desired date and time, align the pin with your pickup location, press the [Pick Up Here] button, and set your pickup location.
3. Next, align the pin with your drop-off location, press the [Drop Off Here] button, and specify your destination and where the taxi will be parked.
4. If you agree, press the [Call a Taxi] button. We will begin searching for a nearby taxi.
5. Once the taxi has been arranged, we will provide you with the taxi's license plate number. Your order is now complete.
6. If you have specified a desired date and time, you can check the license plate number of the taxi that will pick you up in this app as your desired date and time approaches.
7. When you board, the driver will ask for your name; please answer with the name you have set in your preferences.
