The prayer time ranges between ten and thirteen minutes, and it combines a hymn / music, a text from the Bible, and some questions for reflection.

The prayer style presented is based on Ignatian spirituality. "Jesus Media Initiatives" is produced and written by many Jesuits - both in England and many other places - in partnership with practitioners in the spirituality of Saint Ignatius de Loyola.
