The vertical profile is one of the core features of AeroXC. It lets you quickly see how conditions change with altitude and helps you decide whether the day is suitable for soaring, cross-country flying, or other flying activities.
You can open the vertical profile for a specific place by tapping and holding on the map or by selecting an airport or launch site.
AeroXC also includes weather maps for large-scale planning. You can check wind at different heights, cloud development, pressure systems, fronts, thermals, and other important conditions for flight planning.
The bottom bar provides a quick daily overview, while selected places can show a compact summary of wind, thermals, cloudiness, and other key information.
