Incident Viewer for faster and better support: The new Incident Viewer feature enables faster and more efficient support by allowing users to share diagnostic information.
Banner enhancements: The improved in-app banner clearly guides users to enable Precise Location Services, which helps ensure optimal BLE communication with HID readers.
Note: HID does not track your location. Precise Location Services are used solely to enable reliable and optimal communication with HID readers.
