Kadastr RU is an application for mobile devices that allows access to an online service that publishes information contained in the state real estate cadastre in Russia in graphic and text form. The source of information is the Public Cadastral Map.

Kadastr RU is not an official application of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). The application was developed as part of a private initiative and generates reports on real estate objects based on publicly available information obtained from official sources.

Kadastr RU helps, without leaving home, to obtain up-to-date reference information on the full cadastral number, address and area of ​​a real estate object. You can find out the cadastral value of the plot, land category and forms of permitted use. The relevance of the information corresponds to the time of the request.

Kadastr RU helps to generate a report on selected land plots and buildings in two clicks. The generated report is informational in nature and does not replace an extract from the USRN. Real estate objects are displayed on the map. Any real estate object can be found by cadastral number, coordinates, address or by selecting it on the map, including indicating the current location. The map is intended for use by an unlimited number of people, the map information is publicly available.

Kadastr RU provides access to the basic topographic map of Russia and satellite images, allows you to measure distances and areas, and generate your own reports.
