- Introducing improved support for tracking workouts from your non Apple wearables into Ladder. Now after you complete a workout you can import an existing workout from Apple Health, share a photo of proof of how many calories you burned or just manually enter your heart rate and calories burned. We'll add it to your workout session, and track it with your strength series stats.
