LithDict4Droid dictionary has many capabilities that allows you to find a word and learn the language easily, but these are the most important features:

Possible slow start on older phones - it's because of TTS (Text-to-Speech) in the phone. Since version 1.3.6.6 there is a feature to disable TTS for faster startup.
