* Added dynamic timeout management for bursty short-lived UDP connections to reduce resource consumption and prevent excessive memory usage.
* Reworked the QUIC implementation with significant improvements in performance, stability, and memory utilization.
* Optimized QUIC-based protocols including Hysteria2, DoQ, and DoH3 for better throughput and reliability.
