Use your phone’s camera to attend video visits with your child’s provider. Send messages to your child’s provider and request prescription refills and referrals. You can also access a current list of your child’s medications, immunizations, allergies, physician-released test results, growth charts, as well as a health summary and your account billing summary. Complete history Questionnaires. Track My Health features allow patients enter data manually onto the MyCHOP app through Apple HealthKit. Data is not received through Apple Health and wearable devices.
