[Other Usage Guide]

▶ NH Pay must be used with your own mobile phone. (One device per person)

▶ When authenticating with your card information, the mobile phone number registered with your Nonghyup Card must match the mobile phone number registered with your Nonghyup Card.

▶ For secure service use, the app cannot be used on smartphones with tampered structures.

▶ To protect your personal information and ensure secure transactions, offline payments are only possible when connected to your mobile carrier's network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.).

▶ Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) is available on smartphones that support biometric authentication.

▶ To prevent fraudulent use, some transactions may be restricted for cards without a registered password.

▶ Cash withdrawal (ATM) services are available only for one card registered with NH Pay, with a single withdrawal limit of KRW 500,000 per transaction and per day.

▶ Gift cards do not support offline payment methods such as barcode/QR payments.
