With the Ottoman Turkish Writing application, you can translate a Turkish sentence written in Latin letters into Ottoman Turkish. You can access the Ottoman Turkish Dictionary and perform flexible searches in both Turkish and Ottoman Turkish. In the Calligraphy Workshop, you can learn how words and letters (at the beginning, middle, and end) are written in all scripts and improve your writing skills. In the Ottoman Place Names module, you can access an annotated list of all administrative units of the Ottoman Empire. In the Picture Workshop, you can write in Ottoman Turkish on a picture and share it.

The Ottoman Turkish Translation application uses a spelling dictionary as well as techniques such as morphological word analysis, root and spelling analysis on the entered Turkish words to try to write them as accurately as possible in Ottoman Turkish. However, due to some technical issues and the difficulty of analyzing the meanings of the words depending on their context, there may be some spelling errors.

The Ottoman Turkish Analysis application performs a morphological (structural) analysis of Turkish words, separating them into their roots and suffixes, listing all possible solutions, and also showing the Ottoman Turkish spellings of these solutions. Because the Ottoman Turkish spelling may differ depending on the structure of the word.

General features of the Ottoman Turkish Writing application:

- The translation process uses the Ottoman Turkish Dictionary as well as techniques such as morphological Turkish word analysis, word root and spelling analysis.

- Each word or sentence you translate is stored in the Translation List until you delete it. It allows for actions such as sharing, modifying, and copying from the Translation Operations menu.

- It allows you to control the translation process by changing various settings.

- The "Analyze" application lists the Ottoman Turkish spellings of a word by breaking it down into all its root and suffix structures.

- The "Ottoman Turkish Dictionary" application allows flexible searching in both Turkish and Ottoman Turkish. Words found in the dictionary are listed in the Dictionary List with explanations, and operations such as copying and sharing are possible from the Actions Menu.

- The "Ottoman Turkish Letters" application lists the letters used in Ottoman Turkish and provides explanations about each letter, along with example words from the dictionary that begin with that letter (each time different).

- Various Ottoman Turkish scripts (Matbu, Rika, Divani, Sülüs, Talik, Nakşi, etc.) are supported.

- The "Calligraphy" application shows how an Ottoman Turkish text is written in all supported scripts and lists the initial, middle, and final spellings of the letters in these scripts.

- The "Image" application allows you to write Ottoman Turkish on images and share them.

- A help page providing detailed information about the application is available.

- The Ottoman Turkish Writing application also supports Widgets that you can add to your home screen. Every two hours, the Widget selects a random word from the Ottoman Dictionary and displays it on the screen in both its Turkish and Ottoman Turkish spellings.

Because the Ottoman Turkish Writing application uses libraries and resources developed by other individuals, its use for commercial purposes is not permitted!
