INTRODUCTION NEW FEATURES ON VNPAY MERCHANT APP
In order to improve the quality of products and services as well as facilitate the management of our Partners, Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY) would like to announce: From April 5, 2023, VNPAY Merchant application will have more outstanding utilities including:
1. Debt management:
The Partner can view information, manage and use the debt (which is the amount VNPAY is obliged to pay to the Partner and the incentives/promotions that the Partner is entitled to). Rights include:
1.1 Granting, changing the use rights related to the debt of the login account(s) and other Transaction Management Tools
1.2 Management and use of debt:
- Withdraw money from VNPAY-QR, VNPAY POS to VNPAY Wallet account, Bank account on T0
- Use debit balance to buy utility services on VNPAY Merchant app
- Other rights related to debts provided by VNPAY on the Transaction Management Tool from time to time.
2. Utility Services:
A service that allows you to use your available balance in the application to buy and pay for services for yourself or for other customers with many attractive incentives.
Convenience services include:
2.1 Payment of utility bills for daily life: electricity, water, cable TV, internet, etc.
- Buy a phone card, recharge directly into your phone account
- Buy and pay for other transactions/services, such as: air tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, tickets to use the services of amusement parks, etc.
- Book hotel room
- Call and pay for taxi
- Order flowers
- And many other attractive services
3. VNPAY Rewards Program:
- VNPAY Rewards Points is a loyalty program for paying tribute to partners who are using VNPAY's payment solutions.
- Accordingly, the partners participating in the program will receive bonus points to exchange into practical and attractive gifts on the VNPAY Merchant application.

4. How to register
Partners who have previously installed the application will be automatically updated to the new version. For new VNPAY customers, you can download the VNPAY Merchant application at the App Store or Google Play.
