With Walkster you can free walk any time, or follow one of our purposely walking plans. These plans are personalized, backed by science, and full of motivation to keep you on track - so you can hit your weight goals quickly and keep the pounds off.
You’ll see your daily walking and step goals every day when you launch the app. All you have to do is hit start!
