The Warsh Quran app uses the following permissions:
- Access to network state & Internet:
These are required in order to check if an internet connection is available to download the media files used for the audio playback. Additionally, it is also needed for adding and updating reciters and other important resources.
- Read and write external storage:
These are necessary in order to store and read the media files that have been downloaded.
- Read phone state:
This is needed to stop the audio playback when you are being called.
- Wake lock:
This is needed to keep the phone active when downloading. Without this permission, a download in progress will be cancelled when the phone becomes inactive.
Each forecast combines App Store rating, ratings count, monetisation model, pricing tier, IAP signals and ad-supported flag.
The base estimate is then multiplied by a per-category scaling factor learned from apps with founder-verified MRR.
