How does it work?
See a fallen tree or a pothole in the road? Using the Warsaw 19115 app, you can report these or other problems in the city in three simple steps:
• Describe the problem
• Add a photo (this step is optional)
• Specify the location
Your report will be sent to the Warsaw 19115 Municipal Contact Center, where you will receive a confirmation number allowing you to check the status of your request. You will have constant access to the history of all your reports.
Through the app, you can submit a free request – an idea for changes in the city that will make Warsaw more beautiful, modern, and friendly.
In the waste collection schedule tab, you can check the garbage collection dates for the address or addresses you are interested in and set reminders. You will learn the rules for proper waste separation, and if you have any questions, the search engine will suggest where to dispose of what.
If you want more greenery in Warsaw, you can indicate where we should plant a tree. Go to the location where you want to plant a tree and click report. Information about the possibilities and conditions for processing your request will appear on the map. You'll receive a notification number to check the status of your case. You'll have constant access to the history of all your notifications.

Through the Participatory Budget tab, you can view projects developed in your area on a map. By submitting projects, participating in discussions, or voting, you'll be able to directly participate in city budget decisions.

Through the Warsaw Notification System, you'll learn about planned traffic changes, important city projects, important official deadlines, and cultural and sporting events co-organized by the city, among other things. You'll also automatically receive notifications about local hazards.

Through the Air Quality Index tab, you can learn about the air quality in Warsaw. You'll also see detailed measurements and recommendations for protecting your health.

Through the Toilets tab, you can check public toilets in Warsaw. The map includes both stationary and portable public toilets, as well as toilets in public and private buildings available to all residents. In the Parking tab, you can check the location and availability of parking spaces other than those designated in the Unguarded Paid Parking Zone (SPPN). On the map, you can check the route and travel time from your chosen spot. Each parking lot has a tag with information about the total number and type of parking spaces, the number of available spaces, price lists, and additional services, among other things.
In the EKOpunkty tab, you'll find the addresses of pharmacies where you can drop off mercury thermometers and expired medications. You can also check the addresses of stationary and mobile Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK and MPSZOK) on the map.
