The official mobile application of the Dobrobut clinic network (Kyiv) provides an opportunity to receive online explanations from a doctor in Ukraine on any issue using a smartphone or tablet with Internet access. The functionality of the application also allows you to independently make an appointment with a doctor online, choosing a convenient time, date, and location, and even pay for the services online.
Digital Dobrobut: application capabilities
Each user of the Dobrobut application in Ukraine can do the following online:
an explanation of the doctors, if you cannot come for a consultation to a clinic in Kyiv for any reason. If the doctor cannot assess your situation online, he will tell you about it and recommend a polyclinic in Kyiv for a detailed study of the issue. After an online explanation, you will be refunded for this service;
making an appointment with a referral from a family doctor, general practitioner, pediatrician or specialist physician: dermatologist, surgeon, gastroenterologist, obstetrician-gynecologist, cardiologist, oncologist, neurologist, or another specialist;
viewing the history of visits to the doctor;
canceling or postponing previously scheduled visits;
viewing medical records;
choosing a doctor in Kyiv and the nearest clinic, determining the shortest route to it;
saving medical history in a smartphone or tablet;
leaving reviews of the doctor's work;
adding a visit to the calendar after the appointment.
How to use the app
The functionality of the Dobrobut application is available only to registered and authorized users. To register you need:
download the application;
enter your last name, first name, patronymic, and year of birth in the online registration form;
enter your mobile phone number;
come up with a username and password, enter them in the appropriate fields of the registration form;
enter the registration code from the SMS sent to your phone.

After registering, log in to the application using your username and password.

At the bottom of the application there is the main menu, using which you can access the following sections:
Visits;
Online Explanations;
Documents;
Payments;
Contacts.

In the Visits you can:
view the history of visits on the Past tab (the tab menu is located at the top of the page);
remind yourself of upcoming visits (on the Scheduled tab);
make an appointment with a doctor online - all residents of Ukraine, regardless of their place of residence, wishing to be treated in the Kyiv clinics of the Dobrobut medical center can choose a suitable date and time to visit a specialist.

To make an appointment with a doctor online in Ukraine, you need to click the Appointment button in the Visits section and follow the hints. You can find a doctor of the required specialization in the Contacts section on the Doctors tab. The search for a suitable specialist will be facilitated by filters by medical specialty and the network's clinics. For the quarantine period, you can make an appointment only through the contact center of the Dobrobut medical network.

An online doctor's consultation is available in the Online section, where each registered user can get an explanation on a question of interest.

In the Documents section, your medical records are kept with records of each visit to Dobrobut specialists, and you can pay for their services in the Payments section.

The mobile application of the Dobrobut medical center makes medical services more accessible and convenient for residents of Kyiv and Ukraine. Using it, you can:
get an answer to your question in time without leaving your home;
pay for the service online from a smartphone or tablet so that you do not have to waste time paying through the cashier in a clinic in Kyiv;
choose a doctor by rating, professional experience, patient reviews, and cost of services.
