Real estate market information provided by the Korea Real Estate Agency can be viewed in one app!

The Korea Real Estate Board actively participates in government policies that prioritize the public interest of the people and provides a mobile app service so that real estate data held by the Korea Real Estate Board can be easily viewed.

1. Comprehensive real estate service tailored to the public
It is loaded with about 30 types of information and over 800 million pieces of real estate-related data, with an average of 1,000 downloads per day and an average of 200,000 views per day on weekdays and 700,000 on weekends.

2. Real estate market price
You can look up a variety of information, including market prices for apartments and officetels, complex information, and management fee information.

3. Check real estate market trends
You can view market trend information provided by the Korea Real Estate Agency, such as weekly apartment price trends, monthly housing price trends, actual transaction price index for apartment sales, land price fluctuation rate, and commercial real estate rental trends.

4. You can easily compare and search information on real estate of interest using the favorites function.

5. However, you can search for data with desired conditions at once through local search.

6. Through the map function, you can check market price information for apartments and officetels, surrounding information such as subway stations, schools, and convenience stores, as well as publicly announced individual housing prices for the past 5 years and publicly announced individual land prices.

7. The statistical visualization function added to the map allows you to check market trends across the country at a glance on the map.
