Why is the Free tier so generous?

Programmatic-SEO inbound traffic to /revenue/{app} and /analytics pages monetises through occasional affiliate links to App Store and Google Play (clearly labelled). That covers the infrastructure for individual lookups. Pro and API fund the team and the verification operation. Same model as Crunchbase or SimilarWeb in their early years.

Can I use bumetric data commercially while on the Free tier?

For internal research, sure. For redistribution, public dashboards, or embedding in a third-party product, please use the API tier — it includes a commercial-use license. See terms of service for details.

I claimed my app and want to remove my real-MRR number. Possible?

Yes. Email hello@bumetric.com from the verified owner address. We'll revert your page to model estimate within one business day. Your competitive data is yours — we won't keep it against your wishes.

When does Pro actually launch?

Target is Q3 2026. The verification-portal Stripe Connect integration is the gating dependency — once founders can verify revenue in 30 seconds without emailing us, we'll open Pro signups. Drop your email in the waitlist above and you'll get a 50% lifetime discount when it ships.

Is there a discount for early-stage founders / indie devs / students?

Yes — at launch, anyone who claims their app and verifies real MRR < $10K/mo gets Pro for free for the first year. We want indie devs in the dataset, not behind a paywall.
