This is the slogan, CardioFit wants to fulfill. With CardioFit you can track both your personal constitution and your training sessions. With all the information you need to watch your fitness level increase.
Polar pulse watches have a function called OwnZone®. This indicates how efficient your training was – and CardioFit supports it. Exclusively with CardioFit you have the possibility to track the time you are in your OwnZone®.
You want to take a look on your BMI-Zone – no problem. With the automated BMI calculation and the BMI Zone-Indicators you can check your current BMI at first glance.
You wanted to check the efficiency of your training sessions – with CardioFit you can. Just enter the consumption of calories and fat, the duration and the section length in addition to the OwnZone® time. Not enough, the average speed is calculated automatically.
CardioFit is released with multilanguage support for english, german and french and it is available for iPhone and iPod Touch with at least the iPhone OS version 2.2.1.
