We open an office 24/7 on your mobile devices, where you can perform banking transactions, queries and searches of offices, ATMs, BN Services and promotions.

The functionalities of this application are the following:

• New graphic image that improves the user interface.
• Direct access to the calculation of the quota and application for loans of: consumption, housing, vehicles, purchase of balances, among others.
• Application for services: accounts, replacement of plastic and credit cards.
• Access to promotions through images.
• Intuitive options through icons.
• Access to other mobile applications of the Bank.
• Multiple contact options.
• New symbology of locations.
• Exchange rates.

For optimal operation of the application we recommend:
    
- That your internet access is stable and with a capacity of no less than 512KB, since our application maintains constant communication with banking servers, in order to offer you updated information and products.

- Our application is enabled to work from the version of the Android 4.4 operating system, however, we recommend that you update your device to version 6.0 or later, since many of our features and components require higher performance, which are offered for the most recent versions of the operating system.

- Finally, it is recommended that you verify that the RAM memory of your device has sufficient capacity to allow access to the application, in order to better navigate.
